Just in general, Andy, everything went so well! Your staff was very helpful, upbeat, and informative. The catering company nailed it and timed things out perfectly. The food was delish and the drink options were excellent; the draft beer was a huge hit! The venue seriously had so many options for everyone and their interests! It was all made so easy and was perfectly executed so that I could enjoy myself as well. I appreciate all the suggestions you made as well. The Park Pavilion was perfect for our group and everyone loved having the caricature artist. All in all, thank you for everything!!

Everything went great and we were well taken care of—your staff was accommodating and friendly as usual and it couldn’t have gone any better.  I was sorry to hear you were not feeling well—I hope you’re feeling better soon.  You always make it so easy for us, the employees were most appreciative and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves as best they could, given the heat. The extra touches like sunscreen, bug spray, and fans were much appreciated and we remain huge fans of Dulles Golf! It was nice to meet your daughter as well.

Thank you for being a gracious host and adjusting unhesitatingly to whatever we asked for. The venue was just perfect for a great day and the activity was very enjoyable. The proximity made it so much easier!!! Highly highly recommend having an outdoor event at your center, especially during covid times and other times too.

Dulles Golf Center where the kids were served “kid friendly” food (especially dessert), had so many options that catered to every kind of child, allowed them to play, was very well staffed by attentive folks, had a terrific bathroom, a great DJ, and let me mention one more time the DESSERT! That was the longest stretch of time I have ever seen our students put down their phones and just be kids!

I wanted to send you a personal note to let you know how much we appreciate everything you did for our first ever Fall Fest. It was a HUGE success. I don’t think it could have gone any better. We have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone. Your venue is perfect for our group. Though we typically don’t do an outdoor event, after the success of this one, I think we may have to add it to the rotation. It was very popular, and I know that is mostly because of the place we chose.

What an amazing event management team! Andy and his crew were by our side the entire time. From unloading our vehicles, making sure we had everything we could ever need, and cleaning up after approximately 125 guests. There was something for everyone that made for a fantastic family friendly event. In addition to the mini golf, batting cages and driving range, we rented the large pavilion that offered a large field with tons of yard games (provided by the venue), a sand volleyball court, basketball court and lots of room for all the games. This is not our first family picnic there and certainly not be the last!!! Thanks to Andy and his Team!

There are no words to truly convey to you and your team the amazing job you do and how very much it is appreciated in helping us to put on such a wonderful event for our fire/rescue volunteers. Over the past year and a half, our members have truly been on the front lines in this new COVID world we are living in. My personal goal in all I do at the station is to try to thank them and show appreciation for all they do as volunteers and the sacrifice they, and their families, make to serve our community. The annual picnic is our premier retention event each year and I am so grateful we were able to have such a wonderful event thanks to you and your staff and your wonderful venue this year. I cannot thank you all enough!! You truly go above and beyond!
