Golf Practice Range
Recognized as one of the Top 50 Stand-Alone Golf Ranges in the US by the Golf Range Association of America, our practice range features covered, lighted and heated extra wide tee stations.
Practice Ball Costs:
- Small basket (45 balls): $9.00

We are also the home of the Chuck Will Golf Academy, featuring an on-range indoor and outdoor studio, video swing analysis and state-of-the-art teaching tools. Chuck Will has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Golf Instructors in North America every year since 2003 by Golf Range Magazine. His golf instruction programs are designed give golfers the right combination of swing fundamentals to achieve significant improvement regardless of age, skill level or physical limitations.
18-Hole Miniature Golf Course
Appropriate for all ages 3+, our miniature golf course features fountains, moguls and stone traps! Mini-golfers will enjoy the challenges of this course, which showcases ten replicas of famous lighthouses, including the iconic towers at Cape Hatteras (North Carolina), Assateague (Virginia) and Fire Island (New York).

NEW YOUTH PROGRAM:
Life Skills Experience
We’re excited to be partnering with The First Tee of Greater Washington DC, which promotes life skills and character education to youth ages 7-18 through the game of golf.
The First Tee will host their Life Skill’s Experience program at Dulles Golf Center & Sports Park.
The First Tee of Greater Washington, D.C. uses golf to teach young people life lessons and leadership skills. Our 12+ class provides a unique opportunity for participants to learn and grow in the game of golf with their peers; regardless of background or previous experience.
Classes begin on March 16th and end April 20th.

Beach Style Volleyball
Whether you’re a novice or a pro, you’ll love our outdoor sand volleyball leagues organized by Dulles Beach Volleyball! Join us for our spring, summer and fall seasons for juniors and adults. We accommodate all levels of play in our sixes, fours, doubles, co-ed and mens leagues. In addition to our popular leagues, we also offer sand volleyball training for juniors. Our three deep-sand volleyball courts are ranked among the best courts on the East Coast, and are equipped with lights – allowing the fun to continue into the night! Check out our spring, summer and fall leagues!
Court Rental Procedures
- To check court availability: Contact us at 703-404-8800 at least one-week in advance.
- Cost: $50/hour. Please check in at the Pro Shop upon arrival to provide payment.
- Cancellations: Contact us at 703-404-8800 to provide notice of cancellation for any reason, including inclement weather.
- Parking: The volleyball parking lot is located in the Baronwood Lot (Dulles Design Center), located on the left side, just before the miniature golf course.
- Please note: Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

You’ll experience a “gem” of a day at The Rocky Cove Mining Company! Kids will enjoy finding treasure in our 20-foot mining sluice, featuring more than 25 varieties of semi-precious stones. Make special memories in this activity that is both educational and fun!
